KYC Verification Before Your First Withdrawal

Documents Required

Why Is KYC Mandatory?

Pending Period & Reversal Policy

Westio applies a short pending period of up to 24 hours after a withdrawal is submitted. During this window the withdrawal can be cancelled and the funds returned to your casino balance. Once a withdrawal moves past the pending stage to processing, it cannot be reversed.

Troubleshooting Delayed Withdrawals

If your withdrawal has not arrived within the stated processing window:
