Cryptocurrency Payments

Westio accepts Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT) on both TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks. Crypto deposits require a minimum equivalent of A$25 and credit after the required number of blockchain confirmations (typically 3–6 for BTC, 1–3 for USDT).

Crypto withdrawals are the fastest method at Westio — processed within 24 hours of KYC completion. The crypto amount paid out is calculated at the AUD rate at the time of processing. Westio does not charge a withdrawal fee; blockchain network fees are the player's responsibility and are deducted from the withdrawal amount by the network, not by Westio.

To make a crypto deposit: select Bitcoin or USDT in the cashier, copy the displayed wallet address, and send the desired amount from your wallet. Do not send directly from an exchange that does not support external wallet transfers, as this can cause delays or permanent loss of funds.
